Ordinances 1 through 20 were passed by the Garfield Board of Trustees from May 01, 1888 through June 04, 1889. Ordinances 1 through 236 were passed by the Garfield Town Council from June 30, 1890 through December 17, 1946. Ordinances 001-N through 367-N were passed by the Garfield Town Council from March 04, 1947 through December 30, 2008.
