Introduction	These records include resolutions 1 through 518 adopted by the Black Diamond City Council for meetings from December 1, 1960, through June 5, 2008. Resolution numbers 11, 44, 76, 89, 128, 149, 166, 176, 181, 271, 415, 439, 496, and 508 are not included in the collection. Resolutions are official or formal statements of determination, decision, or opinion passed by a council, commission, or board on matters before that body. The resolutions in this collection are indexed by date and by resolution number. The City of Black Diamond is located in King County. It incorporated on February 19, 1959. All records are in English.
