Agency History:	The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, also known as Housing Kitsap, was created in 1982 and became the first joint city-county housing authority in the state. The Authority fosters healthy housing communities by building and preserving safe, decent and affordable housing for our clients, while ensuring fiscal integrity in all programs administered by the Housing Authority.
