Agency History: | Named after Lord Henry Arlington of England, the city of Arlington is located in Snohomish County approximately 10 miles north of Everett on the Stillaguamish River. The city was incorporated in 1903 after merging with Haller City. Arlington is a non-charter code city, adhering to a Mayor-Council form of government. |
