These records include plats and surveys (1884-2013) recorded by the Franklin County Auditor. 1884-1998 records include indexing information only for most records. 1999-2013 records include indexing information and images of the original documents. The Franklin County Auditor transfers recently recorded documents monthly. For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by addition name or year. It was named after the American patriot, Benjamin Franklin. Formerly part of Whitman County, it is situated in the southeast part of the state. All records are in English.
